12 Days of Christmas

On the 5th day of Christmas my trainer gave to me 5 ……minutes in the ring, 4 minutes of rediculousness, 3 sets of lunges, 2 pushup rotations/variations and 1 set of fat-blastin-butt-liftin burpees.
