Movin’ Monday Minute (actually it’s 2 minutes)

Here’s to bustin’ the cellulite!

 

Less-Meat Monday: I know it’s suppose to be meat-less Monday but well, it’s better than giving no effort what so ever! 

Actually, this was last night’s dinner so it’s leftovers for Monday’s lunch.

 

 

Tuscan Sun-dried tomatoe Penne Pasta w/ Grilled Chicken Tenderloins & Spinach 

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins
  • Barilla multigrain Penne pasta
  • One & 1/2 cups Annie’s Tuscany Italian salad dressing
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped raw spinach
  • EVOO (just enough to coat the pan to grill chicken)
  • Garlic & onion powder
  • Pepper
  • Kraft light Balsamic Vinaigrette

Grill chicken in EVOO & just enough balsamic vinaigrette to drizzle over the chicken, add a dash of garlic & onion powder & pepper 

Cook pasta according to package, drain

Add 1 1/2 cups of Tuscany Italian dressing, sundried tomatoe & chopped spinach to cooked pasta, top with 2-3 grilled chicken tenderloins and Bon Apetite!
