Can I just say that God’s timing is amazing. So I was seriously just letting Him work in the perfect message for the next post. Staying within the theme of the detox but it had been pressing my heart to offer you up something tangible, yet not something you could buy, some class you could go to or even some book to read, it was a deep inner desire to give you something you could hold onto but you could find from within.
This morning we talked to our kids about not being focused or even moved by people who judge you based on what you look like. We talked to them about not being focused on what is seen but on what is unseen, that even though people look at the outside, God ALWAYS looks at the inner person.
I shared with them why we named the fitness business inneractive and they smiled as if they finally connected with it. 🙂
We just got back to the ‘regular life’ after an amazing Spring break!!! It was well spent quality family time. ABSOLUTELY, we threw our nutrition cares to an Orlando sun-kissed wind, enjoyed a little chocolate cake and crab legs but it was worth flippin’ that 80/20 equation. We had a chance to take our kids to experience Sea World for the first time. They got face to face with dolphins, saw a live polar bear & walrus and smiled ear to ear at the wonder of Shamu & friends.
Today, we have a special for you! So here’s where I’m way beyond impressed with God’s timing and His willingness to fill our deepest hearts desires, IF we ask Him!
I finally got around to reading the guest post from Daniela Bycoffee of Power-gy and it struck me with confirmation. Everything I’d been feeling in my heart toward my children, my marriage, my friendships/relationships was here in this post.
I love knowing that God has brought this relationship together! Ok, now I must go wipe my weeping eyes! Daniela, You rock! Enjoy!
Motivated and Willing (all the time): How can we remain solid during the toughest of times?

One of my favorite creative visualizations involves me sitting at a river that is so abundant and flowing with water. As the water courses through the river, a slight breeze gently envelopes my being. I feel refreshed, alive, and invigorated. All is well. Within this naturally crafted creek lays pebbles, rocks, and maybe even some long forgotten garbage. Do you think the water would stop dead in its tracks upon encountering a rock? Do you think the current would lose its momentum if there happened to be a school of fish, or better yet, a random pile of garbage? I think not. I think you know what I am getting at here. How can we be more like the water? Fluid, and ever changing. Able to conform to different situations, yet remain true in who, and what we are.
One of the biggest questions I encounter with clients is “Daniela, how do you stay so motivated”? Many ask me what gets me up in the morning. What force pushes me to run a successful business, exercise daily, meditate, and take care of my family. I always (and I mean always) answer the same way.” Because it feels good” Simple right? It actually is that simple. I want and need to feel good everyday. My morning mantras always begin with me saying, ” The only thing that matters today is that I feel good. No matter who I am with, or what I am doing, it is my dominant intent to reach for the best feeling thought”. When you begin your days with stating your intentions, it doesn’t matter what unpredictable thing pops up. You’ll have your home base to return to.
If you can find your center, than it doesn’t matter how many rocks or obstacles stand in your way. Like the water in the river, you can simply smile at it, move through it, around it, or climb over it. Below are a few empowering affirmations that will help you stay Motivated & Willing.
